All the steps necessary to map the current state value stream are discussed along with key performance indicators and metrics to collect and analyze. 2 days.
3. Cumulative Flow Diagrams - This coaching/training provides an introduction to cumulative flow diagrams, how to create them, read them, and understand what they're telling you.
